Figures are BYD’s published figures for the global-market Shark 6 with the 1.5-litre turbo engine and are indicative only. The 85 km range is electric-only on the WLTP cycle, and it falls with load, towing, heat and speed. BYD has since added a 2.0-litre Shark 6 Performance in some markets, with different figures, so confirm the exact unit in stock with us.
Overview
BYD's first pickup, and the most powerful vehicle on the forecourt. Two electric motors drive all four wheels, and the 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine mostly charges the battery rather than turning the wheels. It runs on electricity around town and on petrol over distance. Either way it does a working pickup's job, and the load bed carries a 220 V power outlet for tools on site.
